Al-Mahdi Foundation, Inc is a religious, non-political, not-for-profit corporation tax-exempt 501(c)(3), serving in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania states. The foundation operates the Islamic Institute of Theology and Al-Qur’an Center in Pennsylvania, Al-Mahdi Center Brooklyn in New York and Al-Mahdi Seminary (Howza Illmiyah studies), Al Qur’an Academy, Al-Mahdi TV, and Al-Mahdi Hajj Group in New Jersey. The foundation has trustees and a board of directors.
